'Starbuck,' 'Up There' among Santa Barbara individuals who win

Worldwide film award visited Ismael Ferroukhi's French/Algerian historic drama "Free Males," because the Nueva Vision award for that the spanish language language/Latin American film visited "Found Recollections," directed by Julia Murat. The Cinema Nouveau award for French featurewent to "Warmth Wave," directed by Jean-Jacques Jauffret.
