Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles-unanswered questions?

Since the show was cancelled after season 2 (which absolutely KILLED
me..) I have some big questions that have left me wondering. Here are
15, please answer any that you know!(:

1. When John and Cameron talk about his lonliness in the future (like
Cameron said they would in the episode where they're lying in bed
together), does future John know that it's Cameron the machine or does
he think it's Allison he's talking to??

2. Is Catherine Weaver's goal really to create something to stop
Skynet? Is she good? If so, why has she killed so many people with her
hand knive things? ..and if not, wht is her purpose in keeping
Savannah around if she is not truley her mother?

3. Why did Cameron give John Henry her chip to take to the future?

4. Why were those alien space craft machines around? What was their
purpose?

5. Why did nobody know of John Connor when he traveled to the future
in the last episode?

6. Is it possible that Cameron has been able to acquire her own
feelings and emotions to situations? (ex: jealousy from John and
Riley's relationship, the way she looks at John when he's fixing her
hand, her anger when asking Ellison to leave after he gives her the
"Will you join us?" message)

7. How are Allison, Kyle and Derek still alive when John travels to
the future in the last episode?

8. What exactly was John Henry's mission in traveling to the future
with Cameron's chip? My only thought is that Cameron either gave it to
him to take to future John to fix or to get rid of it??

9. What was the meaning behind Weaver's message to Cameron, "Will you
join us?" If she really is good, why did it appear to upset Cameron as
much as it did??

10. How is it that Cameron would recieve memories from Allison? What
made her believe that she was Allison in one of the episodes? Was it
only because she has memories of when she questioned her and captured
her?

11. In the episode where it goes back to Allison's capturing and
death, was the machine questioning her (Cameron) on the resistence's
side or was she with Skynet? (She said "not all of us want that"
meaning the end of the world, and yet she killed Allison to get to
John Connor??)

12. Why does future John have so much dependency in Cameron? (and any
other cyborgs he's teamed up with? And why did he choose to send her
back to protect him? Was Sarah right when she said it was because
future John had wanted to get rid of her??

13. Why did Sarah allow John to travel to the future (alone), knowing
he could be killed? Especially after all was went through to protect
him, why just send him off somewhere unknown and without protection?

14. What was the situation in the future when John and everyone else
realized that it was Cameron and not Allison? What was their reaction
(particularly John's when he found out Allison was dead and a machine
had replaced her) and was she really one of the good ones or did John
have to reprogram her chip to make her good? Since Derek and Jesse
seemed so suspicious of having her around.

15. Is it possible that since in the future John and Cameron spend a
lot of time together( considering Allison is dead and John knows it's
Cameron he's talking to), that John may actually have feelings for
her? Even knowing that she is a machine? So then is it possible that
in the future Cameron acts more human than machine? Or does she act in
her usual unusual way?

I know, it's a lot, but help with however many possible would be very
appreciated(:
